This well-located Class A property is anchored by a Fortune 500 tenant and features amenities including a full-service cafeteria. Shem Creek’s first mortgage was used to acquire the property and includes additional proceeds to fund a capital improvement program and enhance overall value at the property. The transaction was completed with a repeat customer for Shem Creek, providing the borrower with the ease and certainty of closing.
